Been working on refurbishing Sidewinder for the past few weeks. Some of my work is up alongside works by Katie Whitworth, Noe Baba and many other contributions from recent graduates, students and local artists. It’s looking pretty magical! Look out for a new show going up in about a months time…
BASEMENT is a one-off exhibition in the servants quarters of a Regency Town House. A collaborative project bringing together artists from various disciplines, inspired by and exhibited in an edgy, crumbling renovation and gallery space located in the beautiful Brunswick Square.
The space offers a unique opportunity for the artists and the visitors to step outside the conventional gallery and down into a dilapidated home in it’s ‘time-stood-still’ condition. It has an curious, historic aesthetic and strong resonance of life gone and yet to come; inviting the artists to explore various aspects of their own lives whilst hinting at the lives of those who once lived with its walls. Highlighting the shadows of the past, its present absence state, and promise of the future.
As you explore each room you will discover hanging legs, overflowing teacups, drawings of lost homes and animals of the imagination.

Thanks very much! Haha yeah I miss the studio so much already. It was so satisfying seeing them up on a clean wall like that but also kinda wrong. Those rooms should be fucked up and messy.
